have a set of ready-to-use optional exclusion lists

Rather than leave it entirely to the user to set up exclusion lists on the basis of deep technical knowledge or research, offer oredefined exclusion lists e.g. for common AV programs, Windows updates, a range of common frequently updated apps.. this would significantly reduce some user frustration.
